Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications.

• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance.
• Utilizing business process consulting skills to optimize operational efficiency for clients.
• Building and maintaining client relationships to identify and address customer needs and challenges.
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within client engagements.
