You will manage timelines and budgets, mentor junior staff, and drive client value through process optimization and technology innovation within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to optimize client processes
• Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to validate successful CRM deployments
• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and deliver quality client services
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology innovation
• Utilizing business process consulting skills to drive customer transformation and engagement initiatives
• Overseeing the deployment and management of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions to support client needs
