Job summary

La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP consultant to support SAP Sales & Distribution, Finance Controlling, and BASIS. You will translate business processes into SAP configurations and implement solutions to improve client performance.

You will train end users, develop AS IS documentation in Visio, and collaborate with ABAP teams on enhancements, with on-site or hybrid work at our location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years experience in SAP SD/FI/CO/BASIS with 2–3 full SAP implementations.
• Experience with integration to other SAP modules and legacy systems.
• Familiarity with SAP SD organizational structure, pricing, and master data.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC and report on-site (Full time/hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into SAP system processes and perform configuration and unit testing.
• Handle issues on SAP system according to SLA.
• Write functional specs and coordinate with ABAP development team for enhancements.
• Train end users for SAP process refresher requests.
• Test activities related to assigned tasks.
• Prepare flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams in Visio for AS IS documentation.
• Perform system configuration and testing with other SAP modules.
• Prepare authorization matrices, test scenarios, and data templates.
• Provide onsite Go Live support and hand over project documentation to SAP Support.

About the role

Facilitates the project implementation and support of SAP Sales & Distribution module to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Implements new or maintains existing business solutions in SAP area based on user requirements analysis. Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solutions in SAP application according to functional and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions
• Translates business processes into SAP System processes and performs configuration and unit testing
• Handles, analyzes and solves issues arising on SAP system according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Writes functional specifications and interacts with ABAP development team to develop enhancements required by the business
• Trains end users for SAP process refresher requests
• Tests all activities related to assigned tasks
• Generates knowledge about current business processes, designs current business flows, and prepares flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams in Visio format as part of AS IS documentation
• Performs system configuration, unit and integration testing with other SAP modules
• Prepares Authorization Matrix, test scenarios, test scripts, master data templates and end-user manuals
• Handles end-user training and prepares User Acceptance Testing Issue Logs
• Provides onsite support during Go Live phase and turns over project documentation to SAP Support Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years SAP Sales Distribution / SAP Finance Controlling / SAP BASIS functional consultant experience with minimum of 2-3 full cycle SAP Implementation projects handled/exposure
• With integration experience with other SAP Modules and legacy systems
• Familiarity on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) organizational structure, document types, pricing, document completion, document output types and related master data
• Familiarity in designing interfaces between SAP and 3rd Party systems
• Willing to be assigned in BGC
• Willing to report on-site (Full time/hybrid)
