What we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented SAP S/4HANA SD Functional Consultant to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) module. This role involves understanding client requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities to optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial and controlling requirements. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify gaps that can be addressed through SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and customise the SAP S/4HANA SD module to meet business requirements, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and customer master data management. Develop functional specifications for any necessary enhancements, reports, or interfaces. Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA SD implementation projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Training and Support: Provide end‑user training and create user documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities. Offer ongoing support to users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP SD modules.
• Project Management and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver SAP S/4HANA SD projects on time and within budget. Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., FICO, MM) to ensure seamless integration across modules.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred.
• In‑depth understanding of materials management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and customising.
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications for custom developments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA SD certification is a plus.
