Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager / PMO Lead to drive the rollout from planning to delivery, ensuring governance, timelines, and budget compliance. The role requires extensive SAP project management experience, cross-functional teamwork, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Onsite work in Cebu is required, with extended hours during critical project phases. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, risk management, and clear reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP project management, PMO, IT project management, or ERP implementation
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or rollout projects
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle
• Experience coordinating multiple SAP workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management, issue management, change management, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with SAP functional and technical teams
• Excellent project documentation, reporting, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work primarily onsite in Cebu, Philippines and extended hours when required during critical project phases

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of SAP S/4HANA implementation/rollout projects
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed quality standards and timelines
• Coordinate project activities across SAP functional, technical, business, and external partner teams
• Monitor project progress and take appropriate corrective actions when required
• Establish and maintain project governance, methodologies, standards, and reporting processes
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, action trackers, RAID logs, and management reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders and senior management
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks

About the role

The role will be responsible for project governance, planning, coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and ensuring that project activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.
