Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program execution. You will manage multiple workstreams across plants and business units, coordinate with ERP Transformation Director and SI partners, and ensure risks are identified and resolved early.

The role requires at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and hands-on SAP Activate experience, with a preference for FMCG/manufacturing backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is required.
• Multi-site, multi-entity program management across plants, business units, or legal entities.
• Direct experience managing SI vendors (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• FMCG, F&B, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Job description

Role Overview. The SAP Project Manager drives day-to-day execution discipline across all workstreams of an SAP S/4HANA ERP Transformation. Working directly with the ERP Transformation Director, SI partner leads, and the GPO community, this role ensures the program stays on track, risks are identified and resolved early, and all stakeholders, from plant teams to the SteerCo, have the right information at the right time. This is a hands-on delivery role for a seasoned PM with real greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution across all SAP S/4HANA workstreams, ensuring delivery stays on plan, on budget, and on scope.
• Manage risk identification, escalation, and resolution across multiple business units and sites.
• Orchestrate the SI vendor ecosystem and hold partners accountable to deliverables and quality gates.
• Lead Go/No-Go readiness assessments, cutover execution, and hypercare management.
• Ensure all stakeholders, from operational teams to SteerCo, receive timely, accurate program updates.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology across all phases, workstreams, and quality checkpoints.

Qualifications

• At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, from planning through go-live and hypercare is required.
• Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is required; rollout or upgrade experience alone will not be considered.
• Multi-site, multi-entity program management experience across plants, business units, or legal entities.
• Direct experience managing SI vendors (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, or equivalent).
