Job summary

STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) in Makati is seeking a Project Manager (ERP) to plan, deliver, and oversee SAP/ERP transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with ERP, IT, Data, Integration, and business stakeholders to manage roadmaps, drive execution, ensure governance, and enable ERP adoption across the organization.

The position requires strong leadership of global programs, effective risk management, and alignment between functional and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or global programs.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
• Familiarity with program governance, change control, and release management in large complex environments.
• Proficiency with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, dependency management, and milestone delivery across SAP/ERP workstreams.
• Provide program governance, risk/issue management, and executive status reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP processes, including design alignment, approvals, data readiness, integration touchpoints, and cutover criteria.
• Ensure alignment between SAP functional teams, technical teams, data teams, and business owners.
• Partner with the Change Manager to deliver a structured change management strategy covering communications, training, user readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support global rollout sequencing, ensuring smooth enterprise adoption across regions and business units.
• Govern data readiness, migration, and validation activities in partnership with MDG, BODS, and data quality leads.
• Oversee execution of ERP release cycles, including regression testing, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Validate alignment of ERP solutions with enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and operational support models.
• Build deployment and cutover calendars around critical business windows such as financial close, SEC reporting cycles, plant outages, and system freeze periods.
• Maintain program dashboards, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and steering committee materials.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and overseeing SAP / ERP transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with ERP, IT, Data, Integration, and business stakeholders to manage project roadmaps, drive execution, ensure governance, and enable successful ERP adoption. The role acts as the connective tissue between technical SAP teams and business leadership, ensuring ERP solutions are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities, and fully adopted across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• -Drive coordinated planning, dependency management, and milestone delivery across all SAP/ERP workstreams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Data, Integrations).
• -Provide clear program governance, risk/issue management, and executive-level status reporting.
• -Oversee delivery and adoption of end-to-end ERP processes, including solution design alignment, approvals, data readiness, integration touchpoints, and cutover criteria.
• -Ensure alignment between SAP functional teams, technical teams, data teams, and business owners on scope, ownership, and delivery expectations.
• -Partner with the Change Manager to deliver a structured change management strategy covering communications, training, user readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
• -Support global rollout sequencing, ensuring smooth enterprise adoption across regions and business units.

• -Strong understanding of IT delivery operational processes, including governance, testing, cutover, hypercare, and steady-state transition.
