Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP PMO Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation programs across advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. You will drive objectives, plans, resources, and progress while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver value for clients.

You will motivate teams, apply systems thinking, and coach staff to consistently achieve project outcomes with excellence and integrity, within PwC’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

As a SAP PMO Senior Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Leading large-scale SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans
• Managing project resources and monitoring progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of SAP solutions
• Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Applying agile methodology and continuous process improvement techniques to enhance project outcomes
• Developing and maintaining project budgets, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting services
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices within SAP program management

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
