Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full time / Part-Time SAP S/4 SD (Sales and Distribution) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution modules, with a focus on configuring, implementing, and maintaining solutions to meet business requirements. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our SAP systems and ensure the effective functioning of our Sales and Distribution processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Configuration and Customization:

   • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA SD module based on business requirements.

   • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

   • SD and Fiori Implementation for the new plant.

2. Support:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP S/4HANA SD solutions.

   • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfers to L1 support.

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

   • Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA SD modules.

   • Proactively identify and address potential system issues to ensure optimal performance.

4. Testing and Validation:

   • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP S/4HANA SD configurations.

   • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to validate system changes.

5. Documentation:

   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and processes.

   • Create user manuals and training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities.

6. Training and Support:

   • Conduct training sessions for L1 support and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA SD features.

   • Assist in the development of training programs for new and existing employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Analyst or a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an SAP S/4HANA SD Analyst or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution modules.

• Strong knowledge in FIORI transactions and reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with SAP implementation projects is a must.

• WFH Device: Minimum specs of Core i5 or M2, 8GB RAM, 256 SSD Storage

• Internet connection: Minimum of 50mbps upload and download speed for both main and backup connections.
