Job summary

BACARDI-MARTINI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a senior SAP Finance professional to join the Finance Tech team in Manila. You will lead SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery across FI/CO/AA and Group Reporting, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP standards.

You will also drive data governance, master data processes, and finance analytics adoption, partnering with business units to deliver automation and continuous improvement across financial processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related tech roles.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (R2R, Controlling, Treasury, Consolidation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understands Universal Journal & Fiori.
• Working knowledge of MDG-F, Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.

You are part of the Finance Tech team.You manage Tech solutions and services, focused on effective and efficient execution of finance processes.Not limited to the primary assignment, you support and deliver Tech enhancements and projects in line with finance Tech strategy.

ABOUT YOU

You have good SAP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance knowledge and you are able to understand the business rules and processes related to General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing.You have a good project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools) and communication skills. You are able to quickly learn & adopt the Bacardi specificity with regards to SAP deployment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SAP Finance Delivery & Support

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including modules such as FI, CO, AA, and Group Reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP finance solutions.
• Collaborate with integration across teams; Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory-to-Fill (ITF), Fulfil-to-Supply (FTS), Record-to-Report (R2R), Master Data Governance, Integration, Basis, Security & Authorization, Data & Analytics, SAP Development

2. Data Management & Governance

• Support Finance Master Data (MDG-F) processes and ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems.
• Partner with the Data Governance team to define data models, ownership, and controls.
• Monitor and analyse data performance to ensure accurate financial reporting and analytics.

3. Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance business partners, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Drive automation, simplification, and standardization across financial processes.
• Support adoption of analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, GRDC, BTP extensions).

4. Project Management & Change Enablement

• Support delivery of technology projects, enhancements, and rollouts within the Finance First transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate with external implementation partners and internal teams to ensure quality delivery on time and within scope.
• Contribute to training, communication, and change management activities for end users.

SKILLS

Required:
