Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP consultant to support SAP SD/OTC and MM/P2P processes with hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA. Duties include order management, delivery, billing, procurement, and invoicing across OTC and P2P cycles.

You will analyze business needs, design SAP solutions, train users, and document configurations. EDI knowledge is required; Ariba/Fiori/EWM experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience as SAP SD/OTC and MM/P2P consultant with hands-on configuration.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integration across SD, MM, and FI; EDI knowledge required.
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools is a plus; able to train end-users.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise on best practices for continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP OTC (SD) and P2P (MM) processes, including order management, delivery, billing, procurement, invoice processing, and payments
• Configure and maintain SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules to support business requirements for order fulfillment and procurement.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, particularly in the areas of logistics execution, procurement, and financial integration.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA functionalities for both OTC and P2P cycles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, procurement, and integration points between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations, especially in SD and MM, and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an SAP SD/OTC and mediocre MM/P2P consultant, with hands-on configuration and support of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including integration between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud is preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with end-user training and documentation.
• Knowledge of procurement, logistics execution, and financial processes in SAP.
• Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology
• Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow, ManageEngine or similar) for ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori apps for procurement and sales, or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in procurement and sales.
• Understanding of analytics and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
