Job summary

FPT Software Philippines Corporation is seeking an SAP professional with 3+ years of experience (MM/SD or Integration) to participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and AMS support across modules, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement.

You will work with US customers, support SAP integration with non-SAP systems, document test scripts, and assist with user training while night shifts may be required. Remote work available for candidates nationwide in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience (MM/SD or Integration).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics business processes.
• Good English communication skills; Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects across phases (preparation, realization, Go-Live).
• Provide AMS support for SAP MM or SD modules, ensuring stability and incident resolution.
• Configure and support SAP MM or SAP SD modules and related processes.
• Ensure smooth integration with FI/CO, PP, WM, QM modules.
• Act as primary contact for SAP integration queries with GEV and data flows.
• Design and develop interfaces between SAP and non‑SAP systems (e.g., HERMES, QS, MOS, LOS, OSCAR).
• Support FPT teams with SAP integration expertise (excluding configuration changes).
• Collaborate with project teams, prepare documentation, test scripts, and user training.
• Work with US customers and be willing to work night shifts when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including preparation, realization, and Go-Live.
• Provide AMS support for SAP MM or SD modules, ensuring stable operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Configure and support SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master Data, Procurement Processes, Invoice Verification) or SAP SD (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping).
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM, QM).
• If focusing on Integration
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP integration-related queries with GEV, including data flows, tables, and integration methods.
• Provide guidance on designing and developing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., HERMES, QS, MOS, LOS, OSCAR).
• Support FPT teams with SAP integration expertise (excluding configuration changes).
• Collaborate with project teams, prepare documentation, test scripts, and assist with user training.
• Work directly with US customers and be willing to work night shifts when required.
