Job summary

E-ROC COMMERCE PHILIPPINES, OPC is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support daily warehouse operations, with primary responsibility for processing transactions in SAP, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating system-related requirements with the warehouse team.

Key duties include encoding receipts, releases, returns, transfers, and other movements in SAP, preparing inventory and transaction reports in SAP and Excel, and ensuring proper documentation and orderly files for audit

Qualifications

College graduate or at least college level.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Process and update warehouse transactions in SAP.
Encode inventory receipts, releases, returns, transfers, and other inventory movements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
Prepare and update inventory and transaction reports using SAP and MS Excel.
Monitor records and assist in resolving inventory or system discrepancies.
Coordinate regarding SAP transactions, documentation, and other system-related requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure physical inventory movements are properly recorded in the system.
Maintain organized files and supporting documents for warehouse transactions.
Perform other warehouse and administrative support tasks as assigned.
