Job summary

All Asian Countertrade, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Inventory Assistant to support inventory control and SAP transactions.

You will monitor outbound documents, verify ATW approvals, and help maintain accuracy under FIFO/FEFO standards while ensuring quality and safety policies are observed daily. You will coordinate with the Logistics team to address operational needs and contribute to the company's mission of strengthening the Philippine sugar industry and related food product

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Inventory Analyst in all inventory concerns and SAP transactions.
• Monitor and prepare documents for outbound warehouse transactions.
• Ensure that all PICK UP deliveries are with approved ATW (Authority to Withdraw) and confirmation from Outbound or Assigned Account Executive prior to loading and dispatch
• Implement and ensure that QSHE (Quality, Safety and Health) policies are being observed and followed on a daily basis
• Prepare and reconcile daily inventory reports against physical counts and against records
• Assist in supervising and ensuring that the customer required quality requirements are followed at all times (FIFO/FEFO, No. of Batch Code and other Quality requirements)
• Coordinate with Logistics Team for operational requirements and concerns
