NRI's Manila Global Delivery Centre is seeking an SAP Functional Consultant to provide functional capability for SAP HR/HCM. Based in Manila, you will join a team delivering secure, reliable HR technology solutions for Australia and the wider NRI Group.

The fixed-term role (6 months) requires 5+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting with strong SAP HR/HCM expertise, including OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, and ADP-MyTime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP HR experience in support roles.
• Extensive experience with SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, & ADP-MyTime.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools including LSMW and BDC.
• Knowledge of SAP OSS Notes, support packages, testing methodologies, and release management practices.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and experience using ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams while managing competing priorities and critical payroll timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across SAP HR/HCM.
• Configure and support OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, & ADP-MyTime.
• Troubleshoot complex HR/HCM issues.
• Develop functional specifications and support enhancements.
• Work closely with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams.
• Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments.
• Support data migration, interfaces and mass uploads.
• Drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
