Job summary

We are hiring a SAP Functional Consultant to provide functional capability for SAP HR/HCM at NRI ANZ (Philippines). The role is fixed-term for six months, based in Manila, with responsibilities spanning OM, PA, Time Management, and related HR modules.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of SAP ECC6 functional consulting and at least 3 years in SAP HR, including data migration using LSMW and BDC, and familiarity with SAP OSS Notes and SuccessFactors LMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP HR experience in support roles.
• Extensive experience with SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, ADP-MyTime.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools such as LSMW and BDC.
• Knowledge of SAP OSS Notes, support packages and release management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across SAP HR/HCM.
• Configure and support OM, PA, Time Management, Training & Event management, Organization Publisher, and ADP-MyTime.
• Troubleshoot complex HR/HCM issues.
• Develop functional specifications and support enhancements.
• Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams.
• Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments.
• Assist data migration, interfaces and mass uploads.
• Drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
