Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Makati is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to deliver greenfield implementations. The successful candidate will configure SuccessFactors modules end-to-end and work closely with HR stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading implementations, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and providing hypercare support. Ideal applicants should have over 5 years of consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors technical/functional consulting.
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least three SuccessFactors modules.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical/functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams for alignment of technical solutions.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support.

Skills

Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors modules

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in data migration tools and processes
