Job summary

Bravissimo Resourcing Inc. in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing. You will ensure timely salary runs, accurate tax computations, and regulatory compliance across all government contributions.

You will lead and mentor a payroll team, maintain precise payroll records, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize payroll controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-to-end payroll processing (salary runs, tax, benefits).
• 3+ years leading payroll teams.
• SAP experience in payroll execution.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance: tax submissions and government contributions.
• Experience in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data and communicate clearly.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution
• Core Competencies
• Strong functional depth in payroll able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
• Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
