Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services L2/L3 Support Analyst to provide advanced application support, development, and maintenance for SAP Financial Risk and Financials solutions in our Manila office. You will ensure performance, security, and reliability of critical financial systems.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP HCM expertise and will perform Run-the-Bank engineering, incident management, and collaboration with HR, IT, and production teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support for SAP applications in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
• Experience in SAP development, debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancement implementation.
• Understanding of production support, incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Financial Risk and Financials Services applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, system, and integration issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring incidents.
• Support critical business operations by ensuring timely incident resolution and service restoration.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to address production issues.
• Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements, fixes, and technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development deliverables.
• Support release deployments, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP HCM modules and related business processes.
• Investigate and resolve HCM-related incidents, data discrepancies, and system defects.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and system performance.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee-related data and processes.
• Maintain, secure, and support existing financial technology infrastructure to ensure continuous and reliable day-to-day operations.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, and availability.
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent service disruptions and minimize operational risk.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Implement operational improvements, automation initiatives, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), operational controls, and governance requirements.
• Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk mitigation activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory controls.
• Document incidents, resolutions, system changes, and enhancement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
