Qualifications

• Proven SAP Functional Analyst with strong FI, specifically GL.
• Hands-on MEC experience in SAP environment.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP FI-GL configuration and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience translating requirements into SAP solutions with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in SAP FI-GL, with deep GL specialization.
• Support MEC activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and IT to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP FI-GL modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support MEC-related projects, including process improvements and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional issues in GL and financial close.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation for system changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Partner with Controlling, SAP Technical, Data teams for end-to-end integration.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline close processes and enhance reporting.
• Stay current with SAP best practices and financial system trends.
