Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years accounting/audit experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities including journal entries and GL maintenance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and inventory accounting.
• Review transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, schedules, and analyses.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure data entry integrity in accounting systems.
• Mentor accounting staff and ensure policy compliance.
