Job summary

Resource One Corporation in Biñan City, Laguna is seeking a SAP Encoder to join our manufacturing team. You will encode Production Withdrawal Cards and other production records into SAP, and ensure information is complete and accurate.

The role requires basic education as stated and familiarity with SAP is an advantage. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, salary up to PHP 18,000, rice subsidy, and shuttle service.

Qualifications

• Education includes Vocational Diploma, Short Course, HS Diploma, or Bachelor's.
• SAP familiarity is an advantage; willingness to learn other systems.
• Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Encode Production Withdrawal Cards and other records into SAP.
• Input and update Job Orders (JO) with complete information.
• Record daily production output and Accomplishment Reports.
• Review backlogs and reconcile discrepancies between physical documents and system records.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Encode Production Withdrawal Cards and other production records into SAP accurately.

Job Qualifications

• At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, High School Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.

• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage, with a willingness to learn other company systems.

• With good typing, data entry, and computer skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling repetitive data entry tasks.

• Able to read and understand production forms, handwritten records, and job-related documents.

• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
