Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Pagbilao, Quezon seeks a SAP Encoder to encode and analyze all transactions across Forecast-To-Stock Production Planning, Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash. You will ensure timely, accurate data entry and generate SAP reports to support operations.

The role requires a 4-year degree, SAP module knowledge, and strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encode and analyze transactions for FTS-PP, PTP and OTC.
• Ensure timely data entry and accuracy to meet production planning needs.
• Monitor postings in Production Order and stock movements.
• Process deliveries, shipments and billing as required.
• Generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company rules.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
