Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. is seeking a SAP Data Encoder to encode and analyze transactions across Forecast-To-Stock, Procure-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash processes. You will meet deadlines while supporting production planning and logistics with SAP data accuracy.

The role requires a four-year degree, strong SAP module knowledge, and proven leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance across operations in Pili, Camarines Sur.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Knowledge in SAP modules (FTS-PP, PTP and OTC).
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Produce and verify documents for Production Order release, confirmation and completion.
• Check postings in Production Order: goods movement, GR/GI variances, stock overview.
• Monitor stock in transit and inbound/outbound movements.
• Create stock transfer orders and shipments; perform picking and post goods issue.
• Track movement via material documents and stock overview.
• Process Sales Orders, Deliveries and Shipments, including billing creation.
• Analyze SAP reports periodically and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Demonstrate health and safety commitment and adherence to company rules.
• Undertake special projects or technical studies as assigned by SMFI management.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.

1. Performs Manufacturing Execution:
   • Production Order release.
   • Production confirmation

2. Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order:
   • Documented goods movement
   • Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances

3. Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks
   • Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)
4. Performs Plant -To-Plant transfer
