Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp in the Philippines is seeking a Master Data Specialist to manage finished goods master data in SAP, including SKU creation and status updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Global Master Data teams to maintain data integrity, support container building data needs, and perform regular data cleansing of hundreds of SKUs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Master Data Management, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume data.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
• Good communication skills; amenable to report to work in BGC Taguig office.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the accurate, timely, and consistent creation, maintenance, and integrity of finished goods master data in SAP.
• The role manages SKU creation, extensions, status updates, and data cleansing while coordinating with Demand Planning, RNPD, Logistics, Factory, and Global Master Data teams to maintain reliable data for effective business and logistics operations.
