Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Master Data, Master Data Management, Data Administration, Shared Services, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update customer master records in SAP and other systems.
• Review and validate customer data requests for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and master data issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve data accuracy.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to master data management standards and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage large volumes of customer data while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer master data processes and operational effectiveness.
