Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist in Makati to ensure the integrity of customer master data in SAP. You will collaborate with global/process owners and stakeholders to address data requests while supporting ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, handling data updates, process improvements, and timely SAP downloads. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for those with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field; business-related preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management is preferred.
Shared Service Center experience is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
Skills in VBA, Macro and Power BI are highly preferred; Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; fast learner with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners.
Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP.
Handle pricing master data requests in SAP, including mass uploads where needed.
Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information in a timely manner.
Maintain files for monitoring (master data tracker, productivity tools, attendance tracker).
Support process improvements and compliance to ISO and Continuous Improvement.
