Job summary

TASQ is seeking a SAP CPI Manager to optimize client operations by analyzing needs, implementing SAP solutions, and delivering training and support. This role sits within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

You will supervise teams, manage projects, and drive client engagement workstreams while mentoring junior staff and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–11 years of experience in SAP environments.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Job overview

As a SAP CPI Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and developing teams, driving client engagement workstreams, and delivering exceptional work that meets client service expectations. You will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and team members.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
