Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila seeks a SAP Finance Manager to lead SAP finance projects and mentor teams. You will analyze client requirements, implement SAP finance solutions, and provide training and support for effective integration across client environments.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely project completion while leveraging SAP FI, FICO, and Central Finance to improve financial reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

As a SAP Finance Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO to improve financial reporting
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for business process improvement
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines in deliverables
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
