Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is helping a Global Accounting Firm hire an SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager in the Philippines to lead data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership, oversee SAP BW/4HANA, HANA, Analytics Cloud, and BI initiatives, manage client relationships, build high-performing teams, and guide complex data projects in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years in SAP BW, SAP HANA, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA data modeling and development.
• Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI.
• Experience with SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and data integration or migration initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong background in complex data analysis, data-driven consulting, and business transformation.
• Experience leading technical teams and complex data and analytics engagements.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including working with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and challenging situations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials.

• Coach and mentor team members while developing high-performing and inclusive teams.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, risks, and opportunities across complex data environments.

About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BW/HANA Senior Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization practice and lead data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership in designing and implementing SAP data and analytics solutions, working closely with clients to understand complex data requirements and deliver solutions that support business decisions. You will also lead teams, manage client relationships, drive innovation, and help optimize data management processes through modern SAP technologies.
