Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC in Ortigas, Pasig (Fully Onsite) is seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive to drive growth for SAP Business One ERP solutions. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, qualify opportunities, and present tailored ERP packages to SME clients.

The role requires proven B2B software sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with pre-sales teams to close deals and secure renewals.

Qualifications

• B2B software sales experience with ERP solutions preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a strong sales pipeline for SAP Business One ERP solutions.
• Conduct client discoveries, product presentations, and solution demos with pre-sales teams.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with account stakeholders to secure upsell and renewal opportunities.
