Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Business One implementations and oversee ERP projects from start to finish. The role blends project leadership, client consultancy, and hands-on functional oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will guide SMB clients through business process design, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Proven track record in Project Management and business consultancy.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and client expectations.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP Business One implementations from blueprinting to go-live and support.
• Act as a lead consultant, guiding SMB clients through business process design and best practices.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and lead cross-functional project teams and technical consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction.
