RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an SAP BODS Manager to lead data management, integration, and analytics for a Global Accounting Firm client. You will oversee SAP data solutions design and implementation, model data for reporting, and guide teams to deliver high-impact analytics while collaborating with clients to optimize data processes.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP data/BI, strong SAP BODS experience, and excellent stakeholder management in a hybrid setup based in BGC/Taguig.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP data management, integration, analytics solutions aligned with client requirements.

About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BODS Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization practice and lead data management, integration, and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of SAP data solutions, analyze complex data requirements, and guide teams in delivering effective data management and analytics solutions. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to optimize data processes, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making while managing project delivery, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP data management, analytics, business intelligence, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Strong experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with SAP BW on HANA, including data modeling and development.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data migration, data modeling, and data quality management.
• Experience leading data integration, migration, or analytics projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven consulting skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring technical team members.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complex projects and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform certifications.
