Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Bank Operations Analyst to support Canada Accounts Payable in Cebu City, Philippines. The role involves ensuring accurate invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations while upholding internal controls and financial standards.

You will engage with SAP, E-Automate, and other ERP systems, contribute to month-end close, and drive automation and efficiencies. Hybrid work is offered after onboarding, with opportunities to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, finance operations, banking operations, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, E-Automate, Oracle, Concur, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience in a BPO, shared services, or global business services environment supporting night shift operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process Accounts Payable transactions in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Prepare, reconcile, and support supplier payment activities, including investigation and resolution of payment exceptions.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reporting and reconciliation requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems, including SAP and E-Automate, to manage financial transactions and reporting activities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoicing, payment, and banking-related concerns.
• Participate in automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
