Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an IT EBA Business Systems Analyst - Contract to Cash to optimize SAP invoicing and billing processes. You will translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions and support solution design, configuration, validation, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, document designs, conduct unit and functional testing, and support post‑implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in SAP functional consulting or business systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and billing processes in SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP and system solutions.
• Support SAP solution design, configuration, validation, and functional specifications for new features and business requirements.
• Document functional designs and collaborate with business stakeholders to review and obtain agreement on proposed solutions.
• Develop and execute unit, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing while supporting implementation and post implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot business system issues, perform root cause analysis, support critical incidents when required, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Overview:

IT EBA Business Systems Analyst - Contract to Cash supports business systems and SAP related processes with a focus on invoicing and billing. This role analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional system solutions, supporting SAP solution design, configuration, validation, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes and deliver solutions that meet business and user requirements.

What You Will Do:

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5 or more years of related experience in SAP functional consulting, business systems analysis, business process analysis, application support, or a similar functional role
• SAP functional or business process experience with strong knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; SAP CRM, SAP Billing and Revenue related solutions, SAP S/4HANA, configuration, and functional specification experience are preferred
