Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using SAP Business One (AP module).
• Proficient in General Accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Encode and maintain accounting transactions using SAP Business One (AP module).
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable balances and supporting documents.
• Assist with general accounting activities, including account reconciliation and documentation.
• Prepare and organize accounting reports and other financial documents as needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing, finance, operations, and other departments regarding invoices, payments, and accounting-related concerns.
• Review accounting documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Assist in responding to internal accounting inquiries and resolving discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting files and records.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
