Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• We actively encourage fresh graduates to apply and may consider candidates with up to 1 year of related experience in AP or petty cash.
• Proficiency with accounting software suites including SAP Business One.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities for high paperwork volume.
• Clear verbal and written communication for vendor coordination.
• High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Code and enter invoices into SAP Business One.
• Prepare weekly payables schedules.
• Review and verify petty cash vouchers.
• Disburse petty cash funds.
• Maintain the petty cash ledger.
• Prepare replenishment reports.
• Utilize SAP Business One for daily tasks.
• Organize digital and physical archives of financial documents.
• Assist during month-end closing.
• Provide documentation support for auditors.
