Job summary

PHirst Park Homes Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical or Sanitary Engineer to lead detailed design drawings for utilities in building and land development, and to lay out masterplan utilities for site development.

Candidate should have at least 2 years in real estate construction, be familiar with the National Building Code and LGU ordinances, and possess strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Licensed Electrical Engineer or Registered Sanitary Engineer
2+ years in real estate construction engineering
Knowledge of National Building Code
Knowledge of LGU ordinances
Knowledge of house, building and land development
Knowledge of design and engineering tools
MS Office applications
Negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Leadership skills

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed engineering drawings for sanitary sewer, vent, water, fire protection and storm systems.
Layout masterplan utilities for the site development plan.
Conduct QA/QC on completed utilities.
