Hydraulics Design Engineer

Job summary

WSP Philippines is seeking a Sanitary Engineer to lead the sanitary services design for building systems and related work. You will coordinate with the design team, liaise with local and international clients, and ensure QA-compliant documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a BS/engineering degree in Sanitary Engineering, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of sewerage vent, cold, recycle, and gas water systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Sanitary Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Board Passer for PSSE is a plus.
• Knowledge of sewerage vent systems, cold water, recycle and gas water systems.
• Autocad and Revit experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Sanitary services design of building services and associated systems of work.
• Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with WSP QA procedures.
• Liaison with WSP personnel and WSP’s partners both local and foreign affiliates and clients.
• Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team.
• Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work programme.
• Attend meeting when required.
• Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.
• At all times exhibit behaviour consistent with that of a professional member of WSP.
• Assist with the training and development of subordinates.
• Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.
• Use of spreadsheet and 3D modelling to develop hydraulics system designs.
• Other duties as required by management.

• Board Passer for Registered Sanitary Engineer (PSSE) is a plus.
• Knowledge in Sewerage Vent System, Cold, Recycle and Gas Water System.
• Autocad and Revit experience is a MUST.
