Job summary

DG Design is seeking a licensed Sanitary/Civil Engineer to lead plumbing, sewerage, and drainage system design for projects in the Philippines. You will prepare plans, perform hydrological analyses, and ensure compliance with national codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects and engineers, conducting site inspections, preparing cost estimates and permits, and advising on sanitation solutions throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitary Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Sanitary Engineer (PRC).
• 1–3 years of experience in sanitary/plumbing system design and construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software (H2ONet, EPANET a plus).
• Strong understanding of local and national plumbing codes and environmental laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken).

• Ensure that all sanitary designs comply with the National Building Code, the Revised Plumbing Code of the Philippines, and local regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers during project planning and execution.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to verify that sanitary systems are correctly installed.

• Prepare cost estimates, materials specifications, and schedules.

• Evaluate water supply, wastewater treatment, and storm drainage systems.

• Prepare and submit necessary permit applications and documentation to LGUs and regulatory agencies.
