Job summary

Nimerra Construction Corporation is seeking a QA/QC Engineer - Plumbing & Sanitary to supervise and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works from installation through testing and commissioning on site.

The role requires a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree with 1–2 years in plumbing construction, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a solid knowledge of plumbing codes. Travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of the National Plumbing Code of the Philippines and applicable construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor plumbing and sanitary installation works on site.
• Review plumbing drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material requirements.
• Coordinate plumbing works with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection trades.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare RFIs, material requests, inspection requests, progress reports, and other technical documents.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning, including pressure testing, leakage testing, drainage testing, and flushing.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

About you

• Willing to work on-site and travel when required
