Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor plumbing and sanitary installation works on site
• Review plumbing drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material requirements
• Coordinate plumbing works with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection trades
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Prepare RFIs, material requests, inspection requests, progress reports, and other technical documents
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes
• Coordinate testing and commissioning, including pressure testing, leakage testing, drainage testing, and flushing
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

About you

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

• Knowledge of the National Plumbing Code of the Philippines and applicable construction standards

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work on-site and travel when required
