Job summary

Medical Solutions Business Services Philippines is seeking an Account Management Specialist to create, upload, and submit candidate profiles across various VMS platforms and to enter and cross-check job requisitions into Salesforce. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and experience with Salesforce and VMS systems.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced BPO environment, supporting US voice campaigns and coordinating with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of US voice campaigns experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience with Salesforce and VMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zones.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC

Responsibilities

• Create, upload and submit profiles in various VMS.
• Verify candidate profiles match Salesforce pages.
• Enter job requisitions into Salesforce from email or VMS.
• Cross-check and scrub jobs pulled from the VMS to ensure accurate syncing.
• Fix data errors, missing fields, and discrepancies between systems.
• Mark hot jobs in Salesforce.
• Communicate with Account Managers when information is missing or unclear.
• Perform routine audits to maintain data accuracy and quality.
