Job summary

weSource is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for clients. The role combines senior leadership with hands-on design work, partnering with clients and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of Salesforce experience, strong solution design skills, and proven client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Industry Clouds.
• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions based on client business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Guide technical teams throughout solution design, development, integration, and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Support solution implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting when required.
• Work with stakeholders to address complex technical and business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with client objectives.
• Lead workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations with clients.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Salesforce professionals and technical teams.
• Stay current with Salesforce capabilities, emerging technologies, and integration approaches.
• Remain involved in hands-on technical and solution design activities when needed.
