GoTeam is seeking a Salesforce Reporting Analyst – Power BI to turn Salesforce data into accurate reports and executive dashboards from a U.S. client environment.

You will own the reporting layer, extract data, validate accuracy, and publish insights, using Claude and Copilot to speed up analysis while maintaining rigor. The role demands night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT) from a home setup with stable internet, 3+ years in BI, and direct stakeholder engagement to translate needs into actionable

Qualifications

3+ years in BI, reporting, or data analyst roles with Salesforce as a primary data source.
Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards and extracting data for analysis.
Proven ability to design and publish Power BI dashboards for operational or leadership audiences.
Regular use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) in analysis or reporting work, with working knowledge of prompt engineering.
Experience gathering reporting requirements directly from business stakeholders and presenting insights clearly.

Salesforce Reporting Analyst – Power BI (Up to ₱75K | Remote | Night Shift| FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | Work From Home | 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT | Monday–Friday

ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the reporting layer that a U.S. software company’s business teams rely on to make operational and leadership decisions. You turn Salesforce data into accurate reports and Power BI dashboards, working through defined reporting requests, documented data sources, and review cycles set by a client-aligned lead.

This is not an ad-hoc spreadsheet role. You extract, validate, and visualize data against clear accuracy standards, and you use AI tools like Claude and Copilot as part of your daily workflow to analyze faster and report sharper. Best suited for analysts who trust numbers only after checking them, enjoy translating stakeholder questions into dashboards, and prefer structured delivery over guesswork.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

3+ years in a BI, reporting, or data analyst role with Salesforce as a primary data source

Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards and extracting data for analysis

Proven ability to design and publish Power BI dashboards for operational or leadership audiences

Regular use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) in analysis or reporting work, with working knowledge of prompt engineering

Experience gathering reporting requirements directly from business stakeholders and presenting insights clearly

Willingness to work a fixed 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT night shift, Monday–Friday, from a home setup with stable internet

STRONG SIGNALS
