MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Salesforce Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will handle user setup, security, customization, and data management to support business needs.

This hybrid role requires 4–6 years of hands-on experience and a Salesforce Administrator certification. You will collaborate with stakeholders, build reports and dashboards, and ensure platform reliability through best practices and

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Optimize and enhance sales and customer service processes using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication, and data imports/exports
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage integrations with third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality
• Continuously improve the platform by staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

Your Role

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
