MicroSourcing is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform from its hybrid hub at Mall of Asia, Pasay, with nightshift hours.

You will customize, integrate, and report on Salesforce data, working closely with business users to drive efficient sales and service processes. This role offers growth, day-one healthcare, performance bonuses, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform (user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, data management).
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process automation).
• Optimize and enhance sales and customer service processes using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, de-duplication, and data imports/exports.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage integrations with third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Continuously improve the platform by staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage integrations with third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality
• Continuously improve the platform by staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
