Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay (Mall of Asia) is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, data flows, and integrations.

You will customize Sales/Service Cloud, automate processes, and deliver reports while ensuring data integrity. Hybrid nightshift role offering growth and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Optimize and enhance sales and customer service processes using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication, and data imports/exports
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage integrations with third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality
• Continuously improve the platform by staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices

Your Role

As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will:

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management

What You Need

Non-negotiables

4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator certification is required

Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills/expertise

Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
