Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Salesforce Kantata Business Analyst to join our in-house team in the Philippines. You will gather requirements, sign off, write test scripts, train users, and provide post-deployment support on Salesforce projects and BAU requests.

You will work with technical teams to deliver internal projects and BAU requests, ensuring changes follow our release and change processes and seeking opportunities to improve systems across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience.
• 2+ years Kantata BA experience (or similar).
• Experience across full project life-cycle in a structured environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Visio.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
• Experience with on-prem and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD deployments and Jira.
• Experience across multi-state locations/time zones.
• Sector experience in technology or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate to backlog.
• Map end-to-end as-is and to-be processes.
• Coordinate region-specific requirements and global org impact.
• Identify and resolve project issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Transition projects to BAU with change management.
• Organize UAT and write test cases; obtain global sign-off.
• Validate functional/non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Foster proactive communication with stakeholders to align goals.
