Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting Philippines seeks a Managed Services Consultant to empower client teams in managing Salesforce platforms, delivering enhancements and ongoing support. You will work with Technical Account Managers on complex orgs, building long-term roadmaps to sustain and improve Salesforce environments.

You’ll ensure build quality and best practices while meeting timelines, collaborating with UK leadership and local staff, and pursuing ongoing Salesforce certifications to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Delivered complex Salesforce-focused solutions across multiple clouds.
• Strong use of Salesforce Flow and declarative tooling to build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships to maximise Salesforce ROI.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Proactively manage and optimise client Salesforce orgs across seasonal releases and best practices.
• Configure and customise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Install and configure third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Contribute to discovery workshops, producing process maps, user stories, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and end-users to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Present solutions and conduct demos for Technical Account Managers.
• Perform thorough QA testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Utilise DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) for efficient deployments and validation of releases.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, prioritising Jira tickets and coordinating with TAMs.
• Conduct post-deployment testing to ensure release success.
• Maintain updates in Jira for all tickets.
• Pursue Salesforce certifications and training for ongoing growth.
